*All plays are the property of TheSportsPros. Any members that either post the member plays on the Internet, send them to group emails, or attempt to charge others for those picks will have their subscription stopped immediately with no refund.

We do not offer refunds of any sort as all sales are final. All sales are final. After your successful purchase, you will receive the goods/services you ordered. Currently, we only sell memberships, which include handicapping picks, opinions, statistics, and news. Your membership begins the day you sign up and ends after you have used up your time limit. Our service only provides information.This website and it's content is offered for entertainment and information purposes only, and should not be used to violate any local, state or federal laws. There are no cash/credit refunds. If TheSportsPros cannot send selections out on a particular day, it is our responsibility to lengthen a customers subscription time to equal the number of days a customers paid for. However, it is not under our control as to whether or not you receive our emails when sent therefore it is your responsibility to log into the website to check for all current picks daily.
